Recording Activities

Photography, videography, live streaming, and other recording may be in progress at:

  • NBCFC church services
  • Ministry activities and events
  • Classes and educational programs
  • Community outreach events
  • Other church-sponsored activities

Your Consent and Agreement

By participating in NBCFC's church services, ministry activities, classes, programs, and other events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent to Recording

You consent to be photographed, videoed, or otherwise recorded during your participation in our events and activities.

Permission for Use

You grant permission for NBCFC to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice, or statements, without compensation, for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Promotional materials and marketing
  • Social media and online platforms
  • Website content and live streaming
  • Educational and training materials
  • Church publications and communications

Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless NBCFC, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liabilities, claims, or damages involving the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements in accordance with this disclaimer.

Important: If you do not wish to appear in any recordings or images, please notify a member of our team before the service or event begins, and we will make reasonable accommodations to respect your privacy.
