The vision of NBCFC is to Evangelise - Affirm - Disciple and Send. This won't be possible without the hearts and hands of volunteers. We see volunteers as people of importance who are passionate about contributing, not consuming and participating, not just spectating.
The word of God says in 1 Peter 4:10 That each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.
Serving is not just a fundamental part of our culture at NBCFC; it's a fundamental part of being a believer. We believe in serving people with passion and God's love so they can get closer to Him. We would love to have you on our team.

WELCOME CENTRE
Be the first to welcome guests as soon as they arrive, answer any questions people might have, help find the best seats available & pray with those who made the decision to follow Christ.
WORSHIP
Every weekend, our church is led by talented and committed musicians who make up our worship team. We exist to serve the mission of our church by creating an atmosphere that helps people experience God’s presence through praise & worship.
PRODUCTION
We exist to create an atmosphere for people to connect to God. Operate cameras, screens, lights and sound to make the presentation of the gospel as excellent and exciting as possible.
PRAYER LINE
Help us pray for and believe with people that call during our evening service for their miracles and breakthroughs! If you have a passion for prayer and miracles this team is for you.
NBCFC KIDS
Be a part of shaping the next generation by engaging kids with the Gospel to help them build their faith. Work directly with children through Bible stories, songs and group activities or work behind the scenes to provide the best experience possible for kids and parents.
CREATIVE
When you serve in our creative team you help us spread the gospel on all online platforms. You will have the opportunity to serve in our Photography, Social Media & B-Roll Teams. Our mission is to show the online world that Jesus is alive and that serving God is cool!
