Admissions and regulations General admission

A qualified applicant is described as a person who meets the following requirements. SBI reserves the right to admissions.
1. At least 18 years old
2. Complete application
form
Pay the registration fee of R 1900
3. Submit a recent passport photo with application
4. Have adequate means of paying tuition.
5. Attend the student orientation days
6. Progression is dependent on maintaining a 50% pass rate on all courses for 1st and 2nd year.
After completing application, students may be required to have a pre-admission interview with the dean
Orientation
Orientation is mandatory for all students. Orientation is designed to acquaint the students with the objective, plan, and purpose of SBI and to allow students to get to know their fellow students and build lasting friendships and comradery.
Revival week
Revival week and conferences are mandatory for all students and are considered practical hours.
Students are required to keep accounts current. Students whose accounts are not paid by due dates may not attend class until fees are paid. Payments can be made eft or via card payment. Students who have sponsors paying their tuition are responsible for keeping their sponsors informed of financial responsibilities and due dates.
At this time SBI does not offer any student loans, grants or other financial assistance. Tuition can be paid once off or monthly for 11 months.

GRADUATION DETAILS

Graduation requirements

Graduation is a joyous time for students. During graduation students are recognized and rewarded for their diligence, time, and dedication.

- Each student must succesfully meet all the course requirements, including practical hours

Each student must have more than 50% for each course

Each student must settle all financial obligations

Each student must meet the soul goal as outlined in soul winning

Each student must display moral and professional character during the entire enrollment period

Graduation is held once per academic year at the end of the forth term.

Special awards may be awarded to students who achieved these standards 

Valedictorian – Student graduating with honors who has the highest overall grade of his/her class and exemplified outstanding leadership and excellent moral character

Presidential Scholar – The student who has maintained 91-100% for each term

Summa Cum Laude – Student graduating with honors who has 86 – 90 % average per term

Magna Cum Laude – Student graduating with honors who has 80 – 85% average per term

Cum Laude – Student graduating with honors who has 75 – 79% average per term
